All session bookings must be made by email at ramsey@heartlandwellnesscollective.com. A session is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments as necessary.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals located in areas where our providers are licensed to practice. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are eligible to receive virtual therapy from a provider licensed in your region.
4. Payment and Cancellations
Payment details and cancellation policies are outlined in your intake documentation or email correspondence. Failure to pay or provide timely notice of cancellation may result in fees or refusal of future services.
5. Confidentiality
All client information shared during sessions is treated confidentially in accordance with professional ethics and applicable laws. Electronic communication, while encrypted, may still carry some security risks inherent to online services.
6. Proprietary Content
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, resources, and session materials, is the exclusive property of Heartland Wellness Collaborative.

7. No Medical or Emergency Services
